All claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the occurrence of an insured event.

You can notify us by:

Step 2: Complete Claim Documentation

  • Completed claim notification form
  • Policy number and policy schedule
  • Proof of loss or damage
  • Police report (where applicable)
  • Medical reports or invoices (for medical-related claims)

Step 4: Claim Decision

Once assessment is complete, we will communicate the claim decision to the policyholder.

If the claim is approved, settlement will be made in line with the policy terms. If declined, reasons will be provided in writing.

Step 5: Claim Settlement

Approved claims will be settled through the agreed payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to receipt of all required documentation.
